Frequently asked questions
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up and cleaning every 6 months, even if nothing hurts. Regular visits let us catch small problems early, when they're simplest and least expensive to treat.
Is root canal treatment painful?
With modern anaesthesia and rotary instruments it feels much like having a filling. Most patients report little to no pain during treatment, with only mild soreness for a day or two afterwards.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes. If you have a toothache right now, rinse with warm salt water, take a regular over-the-counter pain reliever if needed, and avoid very hot, cold or hard food — then message us on WhatsApp. We offer same-day emergency slots wherever possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer at the clinic. You'll always get the full cost of your treatment plan up front — no hidden charges, and no work starts before you approve it.
Is teeth whitening safe for my enamel?
Yes. Professional in-clinic whitening is supervised by a dentist and uses controlled, dentist-grade concentrations that are safe for enamel. We check your teeth and gums first to confirm whitening suits you.
Can adults get braces too?
Absolutely — it's never too late. Many of our orthodontic patients are adults using metal, ceramic or clear-aligner options to straighten their teeth and improve their bite.
What are the benefits of dental implants?
An implant replaces both the tooth root and the crown, so it looks, feels and functions like a natural tooth, helps protect the surrounding jawbone, and can last for decades with good care.
Do you see children?
Yes — we're a family-friendly clinic and welcome patients of every age, from a toddler's first check-up to routine care for grandparents.
